Refund Policy

Inside Out Home Inspections LLC typically does not issue refunds as we are a professional service business. We do not sell merchandise and or products, we only provide specialized services to our clients. All service fees are paid in advance, unless alternate payment arrangements have been made and agreed to by both parties. Refunds will be processed only for canceled inspections and under the following conditions and terms.

1. Cancellations made by phone, prior to 12 hours of the inspection, the service fee paid will be fully refunded.

2. Cancellations made by phone, within the 12-hour period of the inspection, will receive a partial refund, the service fee paid less an administrative fee of $50.00

​

In the event the need to cancel an inspection appointment arises, please be aware of the terms and conditions outlined above.
